Welcome to EPL (Entertainment Premier League). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

By registering, accessing, or participating in EPL, you confirm that:

  • Registration fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

4. League Rules & Participation

  • All players and teams must follow the official league rules

  • Decisions made by umpires and organizers will be final

  • Misconduct, cheating, or unsportsmanlike behavior may lead to disqualification

  • EPL reserves the right to modify match schedules, formats, or venues

5. Payments & Refunds

  • Any fees paid for participation are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified

  • EPL is not responsible for failed transactions due to third-party payment gateways

  • Additional charges may apply for late registrations or special services

6. Media & Content Rights

By participating in EPL, you grant us permission to:

  • Capture photos, videos, and recordings during matches/events

  • Use your name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes (social media, website, marketing)

No compensation will be provided for such usage.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, logos, designs, and materials belong to EPL

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission

8. Limitation of Liability

EPL is not responsible for:

  • Any injuries, losses, or damages during matches or events

  • Technical issues on the website

  • Third-party services or external links

Participation in the league is at your own risk.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms

  • Remove teams/players from the league without refund in case of misconduct
